Manhattan Beach and other gorgeous beaches only 10 minutes away. Ideal location with a 10-15 minute drive to LAX airport, and a 30-35 minute drive to downtown LA and Hollywood. Close to amusement parks such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Knott's Berry Farm. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, it's own bathroom, and doors to the backyard. One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has two twin sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There is also a washer and a dryer in the house. The backyard also has a patio area and a barbecue. The house was meticulous and very clean, everything you need has been considered. You can tell that great care is taken to make your stay a great experience. The neighborhood is lovely and felt very safe. The backyard is beautiful and private. We were at the end of a long journey across the country and stayed here for 5 days. Thank goodness this was our last stop because it was a great ending to an exhausting journey. Couldn’t ask for better. This is the cleanest home we stayed in on our entire trip. If you’re on the fence for any reason about booking this home, do it. Quiet and clean street. Mary was easy to communicate with, it was a real pleasure staying in her home. The home was very clean and well appointed, and the check-in and communications with the owner were all very smooth. Our kids particularly liked the bathtubs and the backyard. The location was great too, as it was central for a lot of the activities we did, such as going to the beach, but also theme parks and sporting events (USC, Intuit Dome, SoFi Stadium). We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend for other travellers. ##### Steve T.
