Located just four blocks from the beach, enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your private rooftop deck – the perfect spot for watching spectacular sunsets over the Pacific. THE SPACE Our beautifully designed home features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and a spacious dining area. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and king sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a quiet outlook. The highlight is the rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views & outdoor seating, perfect for watching the sunset. AMENITITIES ✨ Rooftop deck with ocean views 🏊‍♂️ 4 blocks from beach 🚗 Private parking - please note large SUVs will not fit 🛁 2 full bathrooms 📺 Smart TV 👔 Washer/Dryer 🌡️ Heating 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen 📶 High-speed WiFi LOCATION Perfectly situated in the heart of North Manhattan Beach, you'll be just steps away from the beach and the famous Manhattan Beach Pier. Enjoy easy access to local cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. The house is a 15-minute drive from LAX and provides convenient access to all of Los Angeles' attractions. HOUSE RULES Check-in after 3:00 PM Checkout before 11:00 AM No smoking No parties or events Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM The garage will only fit a small sedan. Any other vehicle will need to find street parking. There is no need parking in the back alley.
