The best part of the room was the bed, because that was the only piece of furniture in the room. There were holes in the doors, the bathroom screen was torn out, the view was of powerlines with Nike sneakers hanging from them, no remote control for the TV, no password for the wifi. The shower was nice. Then again this was a Vrbo business recovery effort therefore the room was free. This is what gives it 2 stars.

The bed was comfortable, the location was very close to where we needed to be. The water was hot but cleanliness was okay. One small bar of soap, peeling paint. Would I stay again? Maybe.

Lovely motel, staff is kind, the facility is clean, and the housekeeper is the absolute best. Never needed for anything, as they were on top of everything. I was even able to bring my cat. And all accommodations were mer and exceeded. Definitely recommend 10/10 if you’re in the norwalk Area

Been going here awhile. At first the rooms were clean. Now they give me the room with roaches and the TV doesn't work. Also the ac doesn't work either.

The stay at the hotel was fine. Really my only issue was with the linen service. They use white towels as most hotels do, but these towels we’re not white. They were smudged lightly with some kind of looks like oil based substance. I brought it to housekeeping attention and management attention, and they did replace my towels with no issue at all. But those towels were also smudged so I don’t know if it’s the machine they’re using or what but it’s not getting the towels completely clean as is customary. Maybe they should subscribe to a linen service and get the clean whites every so often I don’t know. But comfortable stay clean room. Location was decent, mostly quiet except for some loud guests.
