Jade was very helpful and nice - she got us a baked good for our anniversary. I don't know how to spell his name but the gentleman Quong did a beautiful 27th wedding anniversary decoration on our bed - very encouraging. However, we had an early flight so we missed our last breakfast. They told us we'd have a ham and cheese sandwich, but we received 4 slices of bread and no butter, no ham and no cheese. That was disappointing.

The staff were really helpful at the hotel and I enjoyed my room.

I had the BEST SERVICE ever at this hotel. The moment you step in they have you wait in a lounge with a refreshment instead of waiting in a cue for your room. The rooms are beautiful, the service excellent, the food was so good-especially the breakfast buffet. Neil at the bar made me feel like a queen. I love every second of staying at this hotel. Excellence should be in their name.

The grand Saigon Hotel is one of the best accommodations we’ve had outside of the United States. The rooms are very lovely. We would recommend anyone to visit this hotel in ho Chi Minh, Vietnam because of the staff, friendliness, cleanliness, referral knowledge for the best restaurants, personal safety, and food. You can’t go wrong staying here.
