But it still need some refinements. I tried Zedwell hotel in July and December and the air conditioning in the box was too warm. A space is also missing for a cabin luggage (in the box or in a locker). In the bathroom, the design can also be improved. There is no space for a wash bag around the sinks (the only place is under the hand dryer!). This is a new hotel and many showers and toilets are already broken. I hope the hope will update design to make it a great experience. ##### Raphaël Séjour de 4 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Marilou 4 déc. 2025 Propre, personnel courtois, facilité du check in, proximité du métro (underground) ##### Marilou Séjour de 2 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Florent 21 sept. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Prenez des bouchons d’oreilles et pas de pyjama \+ : . la localisation est excellente . le prix est imbattable . la literie est très confortable . l’hôtel est plutôt propre . le savon est fourni dans les douches (il sent très bon) . la serviette fournie est très grande et sèche bien - : . on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur des capsules. Si vous avez la malchance d’être près d’une des portes qui mène au palier ou aux toilettes, c’est encore pire, vous entendrez les portes claquer toute la nuit. Certains clients n’ont aucune gêne à parler très fort dans les couloirs tard le soir ou tôt le matin, ce qui rend les choses encore pire . il fait très chaud dans les capsules. Il y a un mini ventilateur à l’intérieur mais il ne sert à rien et fait beaucoup de bruit. Pour avoir une bonne température, il faut ouvrir la porte de la capsule, et encore… . il n’y a pas de casiers sécurisés pour ranger les valises. Si vous n’êtes pas l’aise à l’idée de laisser votre valise dans le couloir et de gêner le passage pour tout le monde, il faudra la garder avec vous dans votre capsule . le processus de check-in et de check-out est chaotique, et se fait dans une pièce minuscule. Privilégiez une arrivée bien après 15h, et un départ bien avant 10h . les ascenseurs sont très très très très lents. Privilégiez l’escalier. (Bon courage si votre capsule est au 5e étage) . il semble que certaines parties de l’hôtel soient encore en construction/rénovation, mais certains éléments manquent déjà d’entretien ##### Florent Séjour de 2 nuits en septembre 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Sofiane 20 sept. 2025 Points faibles : Propreté, service et personnel, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement. C’est galère, tout simplement. Les capsules sont correctes, mais les douches et toilettes sont mixtes, trop grandes, avec du passage en permanence, et pas très propres. C’est clairement pas l’endroit pour se poser ou se détendre. There were too many big suitcases in the room, leaving too few space to walk. 2\. The cocoons were noisy, you could easily hear other people talk or bump their heads or moving a suitcase. 3\. The cocoons were too hot and there was no way to regulate temperature 4\. There was no cold water in the bathrooms, only very hot and half hot, half cold water. So if you want to fill up a bottle with water or take cold water for taking in medication you have to use half warm water which is very unpleasant. 5\. The showers point too far in the shower rooms, making clothes and towels wet during the shower. There is no way to point the shower yourself. Apart from that, you have to tap the shower button every 5 seconds which is annoying. Make it 15 or 30 seconds. I get the idea of sustainability, but this is very unfriendly for guests and annoying even. 6\. There was no space to store luggage in the hotel. I was referred to the Zedwell Hotel nearby at Piccadilly Circus but they tried to charge me £15 for storing my luggage. What a delusion and disappointment for storing your luggage for only a few hours! 7\. I received a WhatsApp message of a phone number from India. The woman named “Anna” used a number belonging to a company named “CountryRoof”. It appeared to be a scam. I informed the staff about it, they told me not to respond to it. It was a day later, on my second day of stay, that I received an email that it was a scam. Points faibles : Commodités Overall, great stay if you are only staying for one night and it’s a solo trip. The location is convenient and the price is cheap. However, they do charge for almost everything. They charge for renting a lock and to rent a towel (£5), also charge for any check in and out amendment and luggage facility. So basically everything. There’s no Aircon there, but there’s an air filter. Which means you get purified air. But you do get very stuffy in there. It’s not the cleanest as it’s really dirty under the bed. Dusts, bits and bobs. Great day for the price and the location.
