The single rooms that we believe we were renting as per the picture were completely different than what we were given and paid almost $200 a night for. When this fact and concern was brought to the manager, he was rude, in different, and completely uninterested in any customer satisfaction whatsoever. The owners of this establishment should fire him, or at the very least train him in customer service. He truly was the worst manager of any hotel I have ever been in. Also the rooms were not turned over, nor was there any attempts to make or clean trash away from the room, even while it was furry minimal. We had a very good experience with the young lady at the desk, but other than that the service of the staff was indifferent . I wish that I could upload a picture of the Cell like room that we were given. We had rented two separate single rooms. The one especially look like a prison cell.

"Staying at the Fielding's hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect, from seamless check-in to recommendations for local attractions.The room itself was clean, and beautifully appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. Located in central Covent Garden makes it an excellent location for shopping and theatres all within walking distance. Overall, my time at the fielding hotel exceeded all expectations.

We stayed in Flat 2. Amazing location. The flat is very dated ,except the Kitchen. The 2 bed sofas were not super comfortable, but the Queen bed was. The Front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the flat is not cleaned during your stay
