So friendly & helpful. I did have to ask for a spare heater, as the heating doesn’t go on until 7pm and even with it, the room was chilly. (In January). Everything was great, up until my last morning. I came to the breakfast room early to see my dad off and asked the woman who serves breakfast if she happened to have any coffee I could drink while waiting to say goodbye to my father. She accused me of calling her a name and said there was coffee in my room. I was very confused & told her I didn’t call her any name. She said she “wasn’t deaf.” Then she asked where I was from and when I told her Canada, she rolled her eyes. I figured out eventually she must be suffering dementia or something. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig, sodass wir fast nicht schlafen konnten, weil wir nervende und laute Zimmernachbarn hatten, die keine Rücksicht nahmen. Zudem hatte einer unsere Decken Blutflecken drauf, als wir eingecheckt haben. Ekelhaft!!!! Hotel ligt op3 minuten wandelen van metro Earls court dus dat is een pluspunt. Het hotel zelf is ok. Verwacht geen LUXE enkel een basic slaapplaats. Ontbijt toast confituur orange juice, thee, koffie, een gebakken eitje, vers fruit en yoghurt. Ik had een zeer comfortabel bed in een kleine maar propere 1 persoonskamer. De receptioniste is echter een schat van een dame. Sara hotel är ett litet Bed& Breakfast med 17 rum. Läget är bra! Nära till tunnelbana West Bromton (130m) och Earls Cort (250m) där flera centrala linjer går. Hotellet är väldigt slitet och mycket smått och stort hade behövts åtgärdas sedan länge. När vi anlände så var det en trevlig kvinnan som tog emot oss i receptionen och gav oss tips på saker att se i London. Vi var 2 vuxna och 2 tonåringar som bokat 5 nätter i ett familjerum, rummet hade 1 dubbelsäng och 2 enkelsängar och som dom flesta rum i London så var rummet väldigt litet. Vi hade bokat med frukost och den var okej, bestod av Kaffe/The, Juice, rostat bröd, smör, marmelad mm., Yoghurt med flingor, stekt ägg och det fanns även en fruktskål med diverse frukt. Det var aldrig kö till frukosten under vår vistelse och den serverades i samma utrymme som receptionen. Vi bodde i rum 11 som ligger på 3:e våningen, när vi var där så var det problem med vattentrycket i kran och dusch. Under dom första 4 dagarna var vi utan varmvatten och delvis utan kallvatten på rummet, vi fick låna en annan toalett längre ner i huset dit vattnet orkade upp. Det var rörmokare och jobba med felet under dom dagarna vi var där, så sista dagen fungerade vattnet bra. Rummet var rent och städades/bäddades varje dag 32” Tv fanns på rummet Vattenkokare och kaffe/Tekoppar fanns på rummet men inget kaffe eller Te. Toaletten var väldigt liten.
