One life was out of service and our card didn’t work on the stairs. Our room wasn’t cleaned despite us asking - we stayed 4 nights. No fridge. Staff friendly. Breakfast ok. It has all hot options available but you want to arrive early so you get fresh food. Some better fruit options would be good too. Good location. 15 min walk to Borough Markets, 30 min to Tower Bridge. The room was clean and comfortable for a two night stay. However there was a nasty and unbearable smell coming from the toilet, the WI-FI was basically absent and they provide us with only one set of towels for two people. El baño perfectamente equipado y el agua salía calentita nada mas encenderla. Había un tocador fuera del baño que fue muy útil para que se arreglaran mis hijas sin monopolizar el baño 😅. El desayuno estupendísimo y completo. El hotel está situado en una zona perfecta para recorrer Londres centro a pie.
