Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was clean and the staff were friendly but there was construction work going on somewhere and banging and drilling all afternoon and then again at 8am. Still awaiting a response from an email to the hotel about this. Other than that, a nice stay.
We stayed for one night while in london and the hotel was so nice. Very clean and friendly staff. We had breakfast there as well and the food was excellent.
The hotel was nice but the location was not ideal. Not much to do and in the evening it didn’t feel as safe as I expected. But the rooms were great and the staff was very nice.
Fantastic location, literally half the price of other hotels in the city. A converted textile factory retaining many of the old features. Staff were very friendly and helpful and our bed was super-sized and super-comfortable!
The hotel is not as far out as one might think with Whitechapel tube giving fast access to Tottenham Court Road and the 15 and 205 buses connecting with Aldywch and Marble Arch. The area is safe and with great food options and full of real Londoners not American tourists! The hotel breakfast was of a high quality and the room very comfortable. Tea and coffee is from a machine on each floor and there is a vending machine on one floor as well as a nice roof area on floor 4.
Great hotel, funky minimalist room design. Public areas/bar/restaurant design also super looking as was food. Great value and convenient to tube. Would definitely return
Me and my son stayed at this hotel because it’s very close to the hospital.. now this hotel was amazing. It was nice welcoming and very clear. The shower was great the games room went down so well with my son he loved it in there I also think it’s a great have. We really enjoy our stay here
We chose the hotel initially sight unseen but based on reviews, and we were more than satisfied. Our room was just enough for our needs- king sized bed, bathroom with essentials, and quiet at night despite being in a busy London neighborhood. The staff at the hotel was fantastic- if we needed something extra it was always providers. Our room was always cleaned every days. We tried the bar, the in house restaurant (SPECTACULAR SUNDAY ROAST!!!!!) and had a great fryup on our last day there. Great hotel for your money. Beautiful design aesthetic!
Close to the underground, quit rooms. Staff nice and welcoming. The shower had stained glass, worked for us as a couple, but won't work for a family. Too fee shelves, no dresser or cabinets, no fridge. Overall we enjoyed our stay
