I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel areas were clean and well maintained. The bar was a nice surprise with a great Happy Hour and good drink promotions. The only downside was the bed – the mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Early CheckIn nur gegen Aufpreis, wir konnten aber zumindest unsere Sachen/Koffer einlagern. Frühstück war für den Preis sehr okay. Manchmal gab es Phasen wo nicht schnell genug nachgelegt wurde. The area where the Hub is is great, in the heart of the SOHO district and walkable to a ton of shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was neat looking and clean but not super practical. In order to turn on the light in the bathroom the whole room had to be lit up. The same goes for the automated coffee machine, which could serve hotter drinks. Front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay. However, the room itself could benefit from a closer look at its condition and cleanliness. There were areas of peeling wallpaper, mold or limescale in the shower, stains on the glass door, and noticeable buildup on the carpet around the baseboards and closet wall.
