The room was very clean and modern. Had everything we needed. The reception staff went over and beyond for us so it was much appreciated. Not much in the way of shops , pretty run down area and wouldn’t want to walk it at night . We would highly recommend the hotel and we would stay here again .

The property was very well situated to catch the 77 bus to Southbank/Waterloo. We found free parking nearby (weekend) and it suited our plans very well. There are small convenience stores, eateries and (if you really must) a MacDonald nearby. We ended up with a room without windows, with a skylight we couldn't open as it was covered in dust bunnies. This was more than offset by facing away from the road, high up and very quiet (for London!). The room had nice facilities for tea, coffee and so on. Nice shower, beds also quite good. It happened to be a muggy night and no windows, so the addition of fan was welcome. All in all - would return!

Great location and clean hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. Only negative was off street parking was £30 a night not £20 as advertised.
