Loved the staff, location, breakfast and access to Victoria Station and #24 bus. Rooms and beds are very small and there is no A/C but a ceiling fan. Overall we’d stay here again

The owners and staff were very kind and helpful when asking for information on how to get to places and recommendations. The breakfast was simple but very good each day. They were very kind and efficient when serving. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Very happy with our stay for our first time staying in London and at Luna Simone. The owners were great, they were our servers at breakfast, they are twin brothers.

The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and hospitable. The hotel is close to all the best sights like the London eye, Westminster Abbey, great restaurants, etc. We will definitely stay here again when we return to London in the future.

It’s a hotel w/o an elevator and I asked for an easily accessible room due to a knee injury, they were very accommodating!! We had medication that needed to be refrigerated and the staff did that for us as well, as there are no refrigerator in rooms. The breakfast was fabulous, location very convenient! I would stay here again!!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location close to Victoria Station. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but nice with orders taken at the table rather than a buffet. We stayed in a family room for one night during the summer heatwave. The room didn't have air con but there were 3 fans in the room, which were sufficient for us. Delightful stay! Thank you very much.
