« Enjoyed a short stay with my husband and step-son while considering Cal Poly Humboldt as a prospective student. The property is exactly as pictured. Super clean and tidy, new kitchen with beautiful appliances. The bathroom inspired me to redo my own! Comfy beds with cozy comforters and pillows. Smart TV with sound bar to watch shows and wind down after a day hiking and exploring the neighborhood. The location can't be beat. Everything is walking distance. We only stayed 2 nights, but look...

« The management was very professional, welcoming and organized. The property itself was very nice. Newly remodeled older home. Lots of great amenities. Nice big back yard for my dog to potty and play.Ocean a bit far with a dirt area with tractors in the view. But still pretty.Even though the house was nice, the rest of the neighborhood was very eerie. Many abandoned and falling apart homes. Lots of lifted big trucks and American flags (do with that information what you will). This rental is...

« Linda's place is charming! She has done such a beautiful job inside and out tending to details to make her home stand out!. The country chic decor, with a little fancier French Provincial twist is fun and cozy. The beds are like sleeping on a fluffy cloud and the kitchen is very well appointed and immaculately clean. Then you step outside and get treated to a view of the bay from her beautifully tended flower garden and... you can enjoy it all while relaxing in the hot tub. We will...

« Audrey is a great communicator. The place is very nice. Super clean. The distance is nice to downtown. It’s a two bedroom but there is a living room with double pocket doors to close off the room. And in the living room there is a sofa bed. This arrangement worked well for us because there was three of us all wanting our own space. The unit is on a busy-ish street so if you’re sensitive to noise, that may be an issue. The noise was muffled because the windows and walls are well insulated. We...

« Great stay, perfect for our dogs. Big, fenced yard. Fun house, nicely remodeled and decorated. Simple and clean, not fussy. Good parking, neighborhood felt safe, nothing fancy. Walking distance to a cute market, neighborhood dog walking safe. Centrally located to enjoy Trinidad, Arcata, McKinleyville, etc. We would definitely go back to this property, local contact was friendly, organized and professional. »
