Basic property but clean, good staff and easy location. Since it’s a renovated property the water pressure on 3rd floor bath was very poor.

Property was clean and room large. Large high school grsupplies took over front area, but we're gone by evening.

Very convenient and perfectly located near the airport. The hotel is much cleaner and very well kept compared to others in the same category and near by. Easy check in process, and the included breakfast is always nice. Waffle's, eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, muffins, yogurt, bananas. coffee, tea, juices, etc.. I would definitely stay here again. It was me and my 11 yr old son visiting for a graduation party. We were pleasantly surprised with the property. CLEAN BEDS / ROOMS / BATHROOM If you don't mind hearing planes take off, I highly recommend this property. We thought it was pretty cool how low the planes are overhead.

The staff wqs cordial, helpful and very efficient. We arrived early and our room was already ready. The window and the ceiling near to it in to our room had water damage and was leaking around the window frame because of the rain. I called and a staff member arrived promptly to give us the option to change rooms. We did with some trouble with the door keys that was also quickly resolved by a staff member. The faucet in the shower was detached to the wall so whenever we wanted to direct the water to the shower, we had to be very careful. Otherwise, the room and hotel overall is well kept. The spa area is beautiful, the staff there skillful and amazing. The restaurant was very nice, loved the live music, and the food was delicious!

This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs. The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones.
