The room is very nice and comfortable. Staff is very friendly, AC works well. Great location and slightly difficult to find.

I stayed at Cham Cham for 8 nights. The hotel is very new and clean. I stayed in explore twin room by myself. It is big enough. It is a bit far from Taipei, so if you need naps or rest in mid day while visit Taipei, Cham Cham location is not ideal for that. The review for the staff is mixed. The cleaning crew was very thorough and friendly. However, the front desk staff was not very friendly. They were not mean, but didn't really care for saying Hi to the guests. They didn’t smile at all nor care for any questions I had for them. As a traveler, naturally I have some questions, they were not helpful and not friendly. No smile at all. They all seemed like college-aged students who treated this job like another part-time job versus a job in the hospitality service business. This is very different from other hotels I stayed in in Taiwan.

I didn't see any water bottles like most hotels offer in the rooms. But everything else was good. I would stay again.

Can’t think of a better hotel in Taipei!
