I was thoroughly impressed y the staff, their courteous attitude and service were excellent. I was impressed by the quality of service and kindness. The amenities were great and the staff were super helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to everybody!!

Travel to Ithaca a couple times a year and usually stay in one of the chain hotels in the city. But this most recent trip, I chose this lovely inn, as all of the usual spots were either booked or were priced out of my range for the level of accommodations. And my wife and I enjoyed our time very much.. Comfortable and charming. Definitely recommend it and hope to return. The Dempsey Suite was a great choice.

Though the resort was beautiful and clean, things we wish we were told at check in; the $10 a day credit, activity list, the service side of the do not disturb door sign (would think house keeping would be automatic unless not requested) $30 resort fee plus taxes each day!!!! Things that could be improved; free coffee/tea/hot chocolate all day, a continental breakfast. Housing keeping making sure to replace cups and coffee, and leaving only one cookie?!?!

Our room was so lovely, I had asked for the highest floor and a view of the lovely clock tower. We had both,. The amazing waiter at the restauant Taverna Banfi named Joseph was the real deal. He went way out of his way to offer us the most lovely experience. The food was so interesting and delicious, He also went and got me a hat with the Cornell logo when I told him we were celebrating my grandfather who taught at Cornell for his entire adult life and who cared so much about the University. Could not say enough about the Stattler. Will be back soon and on the regular.

Convenient hotel right at the airport in the associated business park. Well maintained property. From our perspective, the breakfast options were poor (basically coffee and pasteries), but the hotel is a very short drive from College Town Bagels at Triphammer Mall, which has outstanding options. Our room was comfortable and large, and very quiet.
