"The room we booked was tiny so we paid for an upgrade. The upgraded room was dirty and there were live and dead bugs in 3 rooms. They moved us to a cottage. Huge space but very dated, the shower was gross, and someone's camper was attached to the back. Nice view of the water and the pool was ok. Overall, never again."

"The place is beautiful, but the beds are hard as a rock and the pillows are the cheapest money can buy. I don't know who decided to put check-in at the back of the property and the rooms in the front building, but that seemed dumb to me. The staff there are incompetent. Trying to redeem my free breakfast was comedy of errors that took 15 minutes and 4 workers to figure out. in the end, we only got one breakfast out of the two. if it were better run and had better beds, this place would be great. But it is not!"

"Beautiful place with a great atmosphere! The staff was very kind, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned regularly, and the bed linen was always fresh. Breakfasts were very good with a nice variety of options. For people who follow healthy eating, there were also healthy food choices on the menu, which was a big plus. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"
