« The property looks pretty from the outside. There is a lot of empty space with chairs and tables when you walk in. The bar area was nice. My whole issue was how unclean my room was. « Found a bug in the bed so we wanted to leave right away. It was after normal business hours so couldn't find anyone to help. Keycards stopped working so couldn't get back into the room to get our stuff. Tried calling multiple #'s and couldn't get any help. Eventually someone came to the front & got us back into our room to get our stuff so we could leave. »

« This is an extended stay. The hallways and elevator are filthy. The room had a terrible smell, although I think it was pretty clean--the smell coming from the air conditioner was a mix of what seemed like cigs and pooh. The front desk staff was so nice that I did not complain. I only stayed one night, however, as my daughter was moving into a property in Chicago, our reason for travel, and she let me stay with her on what ould have been my second night.
