This is a stellar hotel. We returned for a 10 day stay as our first post-COVID trip to this hotel as our destination; we had visited here for three days before. Everything was lovely and perfect— everything for which we possibly could have hoped. The sitting rooms are the luxurious heart of the hotel, and Ali keeps them humming. The included breakfast is the height of luxury, and Elizabeth makes certain every desire is attended to; attention to the pretty chambers is impeccable, and Katarina at the front desk arranges every reservation, all transportation, and attends to every want, need, and desire. Then there are the gorgeous gardens, the spa, the pools, the saunas . . . we feel so lucky to have discovered the Pestana Palace.

A very beautiful palace and hotel. Easy check in and out. Very helpful staff, great valet and room cleaning every day, sometimes twice a day. A very thorough and high quality breakfast. I truly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisbon.
