This hotel everyone was friendly, service was great,very clean, beautiful rooftop pool with a view of the Benfica stadium. Definitely recommend.

The customer service was superb! Whenever anything was needed they had someone take care of it quickly. All the staff was very helpful from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. I would most certainly stay here again. We traveled from the United States and they made us feel very welcome.

We stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment and it was perfect for us with our teenage son. The metro into Lisbon was easy and cheap so we were happy staying out the centre but this may not suit everyone. When we didn’t go into Lisbon, we ate in the nearby shopping centre which is very similar to the Trafford Centre. Also ate in the hotel and the burgers are delicious. Staff really friendly and helpful. If you want plenty of room in a clean, modern, friendly hotel and are happy to be out of town this is the place to stay.

This was the BEST hotel! Super helpful staff, excellent location, perfect rooms! Every room was outfitted with a kitchen at including all the essentials with the supermarket down the street. The pool was amazing. And I can't stress how awesome the front desk is. I will definitely be returning.

I liked the size of the room and the kitchenette being stocked with pots/pans. Don’t expect paper towels, dish soap, or dishwashing pods. Not close to many restaurants unless you walk to the mall. The gym is small. Free water advertised but didn’t get any during our stay. We had trouble with the AC, had a few hot nights. Parking was 8 euros per day which was rather inexpensive. Grocery store right across the hotel which was convenient.
