Howard Johnson Plaza by Wyndham by the Falls Niagara Falls

"It’s a typically older hotel as many are in The Falls. But it’s been updated and is clean and well maintained. The indoor/outdoor pool is large and refreshing and the hot tub was welcome after long walks in the day. 15 minutes to walk to the falls, Niagara Cruise to the base of the falls and other direction to the indoor water park. Restaurants in the hotel include Pizza Hut and Baskin Robbins and a Denny’s. 15% off Denny’s helps avoid the high prices at area restaurants. The car never left the hotel lot as the walk down Clifton Hill was full of entertainment. Only $20 nightly to park compared to others $50-75 (parking!). Staff all welcoming, saying “hi!” in the hallways and pool area. Felt comfortable and safe."

"We enjoyed a two-night stay at the Falls Lodge and Suites. The location is fantastic, putting you right near the main downtown shops, Clifton Hill , restaurants , the Casino and the Falls. Our room was very clean, and featured an extremely comfortable bed. The front desk staff were polite and made check-in fast and easy."
