This place is a gem. Booked for a layover day and would definitely consider going back. Convenient location great services. Amazing access to good wading on a good sized flat with bonefish. Looked like great dive shop.

Beautiful resort. A lot has changed with Kipton managing the property now. It’s very crowded. Get to the beach after 8am don’t plan on having lounge chairs cause people come down at 6am and claim chairs with a hat. $60 daily resort fee and $32 pp breakfast are both new with Kipton. That adds up. Breakfast was previously included and there was no resort fee or it was in the daily room rate. No more free shuttle to and from Airport. It’s now $55 each way. As always the staff is amazing and kind. Kipton taking over added a lot of fees and more crowds. Our little secret is no more. 🙁

ARCA was great and cozy. The staff is amazing. The manager is even better, Probably beyond their control but a little less trees over the pool would make more appealing. But the food was delicious and the rooms were modern, chic and cozy. Love the aesthetics!

Incredible stay (and I’m a harsh critic). Beautifully designed rooms, filtered water and espresso in-room daily, and hands-down the best food and drinks of our trip. Amazing views from the restaurant and a private waterfront deck just for guests. Can’t wait to return. Thank you to the staff and front of house for being so welcoming!!!

I’m not someone who usually takes the time to write reviews, but my experience at the Mayan Princess impacted me in a way I didn’t expect—and I felt like I had to share it. From the moment I arrived, something felt different. It wasn’t just that the place is beautiful (which it is), or that everything was clean and well-kept. It was the people. There was a genuine warmth in how I was welcomed—like I wasn’t just another guest checking in, but someone they were truly happy to see. Throughout my stay, that feeling never went away. The staff remembered my name, checked in on me, and always made sure I had what I needed. I’ve stayed at other all-inclusive resorts before, and while they were nice, this felt more personal. More human. It created a family-like atmosphere that made it easy to relax and just enjoy being there. Traveling solo, that meant a lot. I never felt out of place or alone. Some of those staff members that stood out were Stefeny, Victor and Brittany. Then when one of the tour guides unexpectedly canceled my pre-booked tour, the staff were able to find me a private tour guide for about the same price that was exceptional. His name was Big Daddy and knows everything and everybody. I highly recommend him if you’re going to be on the island (info@bigdaddytours.com). The resort itself is peaceful, the beach is beautiful, everything you’d want in a getaway is there—but what truly sets this place apart is the heart behind it. The food is delicious as well.
