« The home was located near state park and kayaking liveries as well as quick drive to various restaurants and downtown Loudenville yet was in wooded rural setting. The home was well stocked and organized. We felt at home and lacked for nothing. Tom and Nancy were kind and helpful. Great layout in the home to enjoy togetherness with privacy! Highlights for us were the hot tub, fire ring, and nature trail on the property. The sign near the road at the entrance of the property was a wonderful help! »

« Beautiful property. We absolutely fell in love with this Schoolhouse. There was so much love by the owners for this place and you can tell with every room they have poured out their hearts in making this one of a kind place relaxing, romantic, and enjoyable. »

« We (5, 7, 20, and 40 year olds) had the best time here. The property is even better than described and everything is so thoughtfully done. Stainless appliances, aluminum foil, basic spices, a lighter for the fire pit, very clean, every type of sugar for the coffee, propane in the tank. Thank you so much for having us, we’ll definitely be back! »

« I honestly do not know where to start except exceptional!!! Veda waa absolutely amazing to all of us. She answered every single question that i had, was so incredibly nice, and went out of her way to make sure her home felt like home to us. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The beds were very comfy and each bedroom has its own air conditioner. The claw tub was definitely my favorite thing in the house. The outside seating area is just as amazing. It was so nice to have complete strangers...

« Location of home is amazing for a get together with friends without being disturbed by others. Back yard is great for relaxing by the fire and listening to the sounds of nature and the water feature. Rooms are large and home is set up nicely for multiple couples. We didn't utilize the river gazebo from the house but did make it a stop for a break during our canoe trip. Highly recommend this home! If we choose Loudonville for next year's water get away, we will stay here again. »
