The Diamond House

The Diamond House is a bright and roomy home for up to nine guests. It features comfortable accommodations, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area. Conveniently located near Shawshank, Snow Trails, and downtown Mansfield, it's the perfect place for any stay.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious dining room with a large table that can easily seat 10 people. Perfect for family dinners or game nights with friends.

Beyond the dining room is the living room, featuring a couch, a comfortable love seat, and a chair, all arranged to provide the perfect space for relaxation. The room is also equipped with a big screen TV, so you can catch up on your favorite shows or enjoy movie night with your loved ones.

On the other side of the dining room, you'll find the master bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, from pots and pans to plates and utensils. You'll find all the essentials for cooking a 5-course meal or just brewing a cup of coffee in the morning.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom, complete with a shower/bathtub combination for your convenience.

Upstairs, you'll find a common area with a couple of chairs and a futon, perfect for reading, lounging, or catching up with friends. Off of the common area, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double below, ideal for kids or groups of friends.

This property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great for both skiing and eating out or fetching supplies for our stay. The host communicates well and is available if needed. We will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

The house was nice and clean. The host replied to my email quickly. The upstairs was cold and didn’t seem to get warm. I noticed a gap in the window where the A/C exhaust is letting in a lot of cold air. Other than that no issues with the house. This was our first VRBO rental and we were pleased with the stay.

Everything was overall fantastic with this place. However, the floors were really dirty. We probably wouldn’t have noticed but we have a crawler and a couple min into getting there we noticed the tops of his feet were really dirty. But overall good experience.

Cozy and relaxing

Loved staying in a home with old charm yet new comfy features. Close to downtown mansfield where we found great restaurants and bars also checked out the carousel. Fridge is smaller , we just put water and drinks on porch since it was cold out. But if it is warm might want to bring cooler. We found xtra chairs in the closet for the table and to be out on porch, so that was nice. Thanks for a memorable weekendBuButbwarmer

Snow Trails Visit

It’s apparent this house has been thoughtfully updated while preserving its historical charm. It was within 10 minutes of Snow Trails (which was the reason for our visit) while also conveniently located within minutes from great restaurants and coffee. The house was immaculately clean and outfitted with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.
