The home was lovely, very clean and nicely updated. The outdoor spaces were really nice and all the rooms were a nice mixture of comfortable and welcoming but simple and clean. Dusty, the host, was super responsive as well. Was a good place for us with our young family (4, 2, and 3 mo. Old)

The hot tub was hot enough in the kitchen had exactly everything we needed. Master bedroom did have a few ants in it while we were there not sure if that’s ever been an issue before otherwise we enjoyed our stay thank you.

I like the VBRO site, I find what I need for my Travel. The Retreat House, Great Host Dusty met our every expectation. When I indicated we are traveling for my Wife’s Family Reunion and that she is currently in Cancer treatment for the 2nd time in a year, she asked for her name, so she could add her to her prayer list. So we got to Stay as our Host Prayed. We had our Grandchildren, S’mores by the fire and nice area atop the hill to sit and talk, large deck and porch to relax on. Plenty of room to spread out inside, not only clean and organized but well decorated. In the evening, nice to get in the Hot tub, Then the message Chair it was great. 100% Satisfied.. Thank you Dusty & Next Time we are down I will definitely look you up.Peace Be With You….

The house has a very welcoming presence as you enter to a welcome basket and clean space!The hosts were extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for this stay. The kitchen seemed well-equipped, although we did not do a lot of cooking for the 4-5 days we were there.The fire pit was a bigger hit than I anticipated. Logs were provided along with a lighter and plenty of seating outside.Loudenville is a quaint town, and although it was rainy and a little chilly during our stay, there were quite a few activities within a close vicinity.The hot tub will not accommodate a full house; it's quite small, but a fun place to hang around and dip in and out while visiting, as they have outdoor furniture nearby.Everything is in excellent condition and the details make for a comfortable stay!We hope to make this a regular house for our family get-away.

Cozy and comfy

We were extremely happy with our accommodation. Very clean and decorated perfectly. Being a bedding “snob” I always bring my own bedding. I didn’t need them! The sheets and blankets were high quality. We book VRBO’s at least 4 times a year. This was by far our favorite. Thank you, we had a great long weekend!
