« We arrived to find that the hotel had no power due to a storm that came through earlier in the day. We were told the power went out around 12:30 pm, and we arrived at 5:30 pm. The two staff behind the desk had no idea about restoration time or what a refund would look like. They were not knowledgeable on how to handle customers who didn't want to stay. It didn't appear that either was a manager, so I wondered in a situation like this, "why isn't the manager here?". No AC, no lights, just...
