"2nd stay. From the outside you might avoid it— cinder block construction. The rooms however are VERY nice and clean. Staff is great and friendly. Our shower door wouldn’t stay closed. It was fixed on a Saturday. I think most hotels would jus t leave it forever but not here. Fixed. Would recommend for anyone going to Mid-Ohio. Great place."

"I don't know if they have handy capped rooms, was put on 3rd floor no elevator. But the clerk helped me to 3rd floor and offered more help. The next morning clerk also helpful. I will try to remember to book a handy capped room if available. All staff was extremely helpful to getting me up and down to 3rd floor."

"I was on the forth floor, It was very quite. The bed was very comfortable. I slept through the whole night with no interruption, which is not common for me. And every employee I encountered was nice and polite. They were not afraid to greet you with a hello and asked if anything was need. I would defiantly stay again if in the area. The only critique I do have, is to run some descale solution through the coffee machines in the rooms. It just looks like there may be hard water in the area. "

The house was super cozy and tastefully decorated; the layout of the main floor gathering areas was very well thought out & designed. Beds & baths, very clean & fresh, plenty of space for our 12 person group. The outdoor area was amazing! Perfect for gatherings, plenty of seating & very nice hot tub.
