Checking in was confusing since there was no front desk or office and ended up having to call the number. This was our 2nd time at this property and a different cabin. Unimpressed. First time we loved it. This time our key was not in our room so had to wait until the next day. Our heater ran non stop so our room was HOT. The thermostat obviously didn’t work. The person staying in the other side was knocking on the wall at 2am so I thought someone was in our room. We left at 3:30 am 2nd night because it was so noisy and uncomfortably HOT. I didn’t say anything because it was 2am and I wasn’t bugging someone in the middle of the night as I was leaving for that very reason. Just a weird stay. It desperately needs updated.
