« Honestly, this property and the whole experience exceeded all my expectations (which were already pretty high). Kent and the team were so accommodating, making sure that we had everything that we needed and were available at any time. They made special plans to accommodate some friends for a day visit and were so kind and helpful. The property itself was so perfect for what we wanted and the dog so enjoyed the freedom that only a private island can bring! Thanks, Kent, for a very memorable stay....

« House mostly as described, nice location in a quiet neighborhood, but close to Brunswick center. Window A/C units in the bedrooms and living rooms kept the entire living space comfortable during our stay. Cons: house is "surface clean" but needs a deep clean (quite a bit of dirt/dust on the floor/under the living room rug and couch, on the windowsills etc.), which made pet toys get a bit gross. Not super-well equipped in the kitchen (e.g. no spatulas, oven-safe cookware, paper towels). »

There are plenty of seating options outside... chairs and picnic table.... to enjoy watching the ducks, the loons, the sunset, and the stars. The outside was lovely, with gardens and grassy areas. The kayaks and life vests let us explore Wilson Pond and the adjoining Dexter Pond, seeing osprey, a bald eagle, turtles and other wildlife. The...
