Access to each room is through the other and the doorways are narrow. Everything i needed was supplied including plenty of information on Maine & the local area. The electricity & heating systems required some details before working correctly. Damaged blinds on bathroom and sitting room windows. No freezer in small refrigerator. No trash bin in which to place bag of trash (the owner said we could walk the trash down to the Courthouse and place it in the Courthouse dumpster). The owner was greatly concerned with our control of the heat. The rooms were 55 degrees when we arrived.
