« What a cute place! The view is so beautiful and it’s quiet and conveniently located. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Hallway lighting could be improved since the nightlights go off after a few minutes. Host helped adjust our stay to accommodate changes in our plans. Very nice place. »

« House is very cute and decorated with bluebirds throughout. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. View of lake from front window is lovely although there is no access to the lake. The house is not located on the lake front; only a view of lake through neighbors yard. This surprised me as I thought house was on the lake. We drove around the lake to find the access to the water. Walking through neighbors yard to stand at waters edge is not an option and to be respected. Very cozy and clean....

« Room was clean and had stove, fridge, coffee pot etc. Restaurant on property and staff was very nice! »

« Bed was comfortable and clean, patio furniture clean, kitchen and bathroom clean, a full size blanket would have been helpful for cold evening we were there. I liked the sliding patio door for fresh air. Quiet neighborhood. »

« The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc. »

« The Avon Inn is amazing. It was just like being home. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had dinner there and it was delicious. »

« Ok place to stay not so much to appreciate but great bed but the smell is terrible »

« Great space to gather with friends! »

« Missed the personal touch greeting us by name on the desk like previous visit. The eggs were very nice for breakfast. Thought the price was a little high and felt like I wasn’t able to see the animals like last time as well without paying more. I would have loved to bring my dog as well but that cost was not workable for us either. We enjoyed our stay but decided really wasn’t worth the money to return. Amanda you are wonderful just wish we could afford it. »

« We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful farm! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were greeted by the goats, kitties, and dogs each morning and evening when we sat out on the patio. The kitties even curled up in our laps and fell asleep. It was hard not to take them all home with us. The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous with cozy decor and every detail thoughtfully considered. We loved relaxing on the patio and taking in the amazing views. It was the perfect place to...
