"Breakfast was minimal and layout was impossible to move thru with coffee and food very congested. Internet did not work in the room. Was told repeatedly someone would come to reboot or fix and no one did and three separate shifts didn’t know anything about it as obviously the issue wasn’t going to be addressed. "

"We had a girls softball tournament also staying while I was there. Saying they availed the themselves of all hotel amenities would be understatement. The pool area was loaded up & very crowded & gangs of adults, children & teens, had many coolers & created much garbage, & there no seats present at pool to very late in the night (open night had party) so we did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub. They also had a 'schedule' to keep so the lobby was crowded & although 'good' kids & decent parents..... Traversing the main area & getting breakfast wasn't as polite or orderly as it could have been. The hotel employees kept up tho & still managed to be personable to meeting individual needs. These kids weren't rude or bad at all, it was just a bit overwhelming for those staying that were not involved. "

"Soooo.... this was my first check in at a hotel done by computer, no humans in sight... only the face on the computer, I found it very odd and cold. We only stayed one night, but we didn't see a single staff person. The location is very convenient to the Fort Meyer airport, and there are several restaurants with in a short driving distance. It was not a terrible experience, but wouldn't stay again."

"So we stayed here last minute after driving all day, we were happy to find the economy stay. We were greeting by a friendly staff and promptly checked into our room. Right up front this is not a 5 star hotel but I really like the location and it was quiet for a good rest. There are no coffee machine in room but a coffee shop right next door, with donuts. "
