Lebanon Vacation Packages

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The property inside looked great, but the property outside was getting some work done and wasn't marked off. Someone could have easily tripped and fallen. I love the late check in with the deposit boxes. It made things go so easily. My only complaint is that we were on the first floor and wecould definitely hear the people above us pacing. Also, we heard every time their water was turned on. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel. Room was updated . Towels were thick and soft. Lovely place .

Run down facilities, loud air conditioners,

I had high hopes for this hotel. We were very excited to arrive and to enjoy the area. We were let down pretty quickly. The bar area was nice. And, the happy hour was a nice perk. The room itself had a very distinct and poor odor. The air conditioning did not work properly. The lock on the door did not work well unless dead bolted from the inside. The bathroom sink was stopped up and slow draining. The free breakfast was jammed full of people with not enough food to go around. We complained many times. We told them of issues. Nothing got resolved and there were no apologies. It was a very tough stay. I will say the maintenance staff was kind even though they were unable to help us and the cleaning staff attempted to help. Front desk staff was poor and kind of condescending. It was a big disappointment and I would say to maybe stay somewhere else. Once you are there and spending money on something that is very unenjoyable, you will wish you’d looked around more. I debated writing this, but wished I’d read a review like this before I booked. It might have helped my family and I have a more enjoyable trip.

Such a great stay! Would recommend. We stayed on the north side and the rooms was amazing.
