With its second-floor privacy, your two private decks will treat you to stunning views of Tumwater Canyon and the Alpine Rollercoaster at Leavenworth Adventure Park. Two pools (one year-round, one seasonal), two year-round hot tubs, a sports court, a fitness center, a playground, and BBQ facilities with a firepit are all available for your use. Additional onsite amenities include a restaurant/bar (JJ Hills), a wine bar (Rocky Pond Estate), a mini golf course, and a spa.
Inside, you will be treated to modern elegance. The open floor plan welcomes you with lots of natural light and high ceilings, creating an inviting and spacious atmosphere. The high-end kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to create a memorable family meal. Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the winter and stream your favorite movies or sip on a refreshing beverage on the two private patios in the summer. Unwind and rejuvenate in the two large spa-like bathrooms with marble flooring. One King bed and two Queen beds, along with a twin rollaway bed, provide enough sleeping space for the entire family. Blackout curtains in every room ensure a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. Central air-conditioning will keep you cool in the summer and a private washer/dryer is available for your use.
In less than 15 minutes, you can walk to the center of Leavenworth’s historic Front St, beautifully lined with shops, restaurants, breweries, wine-tasting rooms, and enough Bavarian sausages to keep you satisfied for your entire trip. Enjoy art in the park in the summer or sledding amongst the festive lights in the winter. With a year-round events calendar, there is no shortage of things to see and do around downtown. Some can’t-miss festivals include Octoberfest in September/October, Christmastown in November/December, and Maifest in May.
You’ll be less than a 5-minute walk to the new Leavenworth Adventure Park where you can try out the alpine rollercoaster, the Tumwater Twister. A 10-minute walk will take you to Enchantment Park where you can play on the playground, ride bikes on the pump track, skate at the skatepark, or meander the trails along the Wenatchee River. Only a few minutes down the road by car, you’ll get to golf at Leavenworth Golf Club and be at the footsteps of the incredible Enchantments where pristine outdoor wonder awaits you. Several local guide companies are also close by for rafting trips down the Wenatchee River. In winter, a 5-minute drive will take you to Leavenworth Ski Hill where skiing, Nordic skiing, tubing, snowshoeing, fat biking, and sledding will entertain your family all day. And get an early start at nearby Steven’s Pass Ski Resort, only a 40-minute drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
