"We’ve stayed here several times. This time the bathroom was dirty. Tub was filthy. There was one towel. The bedspread had brown stains on it. At 2am someone was banging on their door and screaming in the hallway. We called the front desk. No one came and this continued until 430am. "

"Great location for any visitors to the University of Maryland. The Hotel is well maintained and comfortable, however it had the worst Wi-Fi of any hotel I've been in the last few years. My iPad just did not like it; my security did not like it. The parking is very quirky and annoying. I paid for overnight parking at the front desk but the automated system in the garage didn't know that and the only way to get out was to call the vendor and complain. I'm still getting hounded by the garage system for "not paying". The hotel does get a lot of U of M visitors, including lots of sports teams and conference/seminar attendees so it can get loud and crowded. No breakfast restaurant is a bit inconvenient but forces you to go to a better place anyway!"

"Rooms were clean, no issues. Staff was very pleasant. I was very happy that my usual vacation Starbucks order at Sonesta, tasted exactly like it does at my neighborhood Starbucks at home. The barista was very nice. Overall, we had a great stay."

"I didn't eat breakfast here. The parking was very easy and safe, because there were lights that went on as soon as you got closer to the door at night."
