"The best part of the proprty is its proximity to most of the attractions and eating spots. From the outside the Hotel looks to be quite small but is quite large and has wings on multiple sides. The staff in the bar and in the restaurant is excellent and truly deserves the rating, the reception staff could be little bit more out going we felt. while they answereed all of our queries, they were to the point , on their own they did not come up with any options or suggestions "

"Location and price good for us. Single beds were a problem but we knew that when we booked - not sure how much more expensive for a queen size. No mini fridge a problem for a three night stay. Breakfast a problem - you had to book the day before, but we did not know our morning plans and no gluten free or lactose free options. It cost a lot to have breakfast in town- we normally buy diet friendly band out it in a room fridge"

Location was that the station of U1 and U4 metro was nearby and we can go central station, Schonbruun Place and etc. directly. St. Stephan’s cathedral and shopping area is next station. "This hotel is newly remodeled. The shower and room were clean and modern. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is within 5 min walk to the train/tram. A 10 min tram ride takes you to center city and main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed 2 nights, I would like to stay longer next time. "
