"The bartender who serves Happy Hour drinks was NOT friendly. Instead of answering people answer he just points to the sign. I saw that the husband stood in Line to order the drinks, and when the drinks were ready, he made the wife, who sat a few feet away, stand up and walk to pick up her drink. It was not the same with a different couple. When my brother asked for the drink, he said that it was his duty to ask everyone for their ID & did not ask the next person in line. With that being said, others who helped with the happy hour were very friendly."

"The staff was WONDERFUL from the moment I checked in til the moment I checked out! The front desk staff was kind, pleasant, and courteous! The breakfast staff and housekeeping were a delight! Sofia heads up the breakfast service and she was amazing. She even made my kids turkey sausage one morning as they don’t eat pork. They conversed with us every day, always smiling and very helpful! They kept everything clean and someone was always cleaning something every time we were in the hallways! Wiping walls, glass on doors, sweeping, etc. I loved all the live plants throughout the lobby & building. Our room was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was it smelled a little musty, like damp or something. I’m guessing it was from the wall a/c unit as in the Texas heat in July, it ran NON- stop for the 10 days I was there. The couch in my room had seen better days and could’ve afforded to be replaced- just old, faded, one cushion ripped where it met the back of the couch, but none of those were deal breakers for us. The staff, environment and experience were wonderful! The pool and gym were both clean and in perfect condition and we utilized both. The fresh cookies and fruit infused water every afternoon were a nice added touch and my kids took full advantage! 1 of the 2 elevators was down during our stay, but we were on the 1st floor so it only affected us when I went upstairs to do laundry. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and we WILL stay here when we return to Dallas!"

"Me and my husband stays here for 2 days for our anniversary trip, the front desk was very pleasant and the facility appears to be well kept. The room that we have does not have carpeted floor and we are please with it as the room smells clean and the room is clean and well maintained, this is one of the most cleanest hotel that we’ve been to. As for their breakfast I can say that it’s not that super great as they have minimum selection of breakfast but they maintain the area clean. Overall I can say that we have a pleasant experience and will come back here again."
