It was very nice! You can tell they’re fairly new. The staff was pleasant even in our quick stay. The breakfast was okay there were mainly healthier options which is okay but my toddler was looking forward to cereal (usually fruit loops are available) but it was only Chex type of cereal. So she wasn’t able to eat anything which is not entirely their fault but it would be nice to at least have more than one type of cereal.

The room was perfect with exception of no MICROWAVE Evening staff was superb and gentleman in the mornings had zero personality. The breakfast my husband enjoyed. But I don’t eat eggs and There was not enough choices of cereal or they ran out. I would strongly suggest individual servings of jelly and peanut butter as I saw a man lick the knife and reuse. Waffle machine , bagels and sweet rolls would be appreciated. I did not in any way get my money’s worth as we had to leave and go get me breakfast each day after I had paid extra to eat there.

Considering it was a Hyatt property it did not meet my expectations. I had to be moved to a 2nd room. The 1st room shower did not work properly and the curtains and carpet was dirty. The 2nd room had hair in the bed and the curtains were broken do i was unable to close them completely. I was highly unsatisfied and i had my baby with me.
