"Hotel looks to be under construction, Rooms too old need to update. None of the outlets worked. Also I booked a month ahead and paid in full for a king suite. When I arrived it was a regular room. They were completely sold out. What was the point of pre booking and paying upfront. I asked to cancel but there were no managers in the property. I left to find another hotel "
