Extremely upmarket I was upgraded as I could not participate in the breakfast offering. My room was truly amazing Cleaners come every day and thoroughly clean my room from head to toe. The property itself was upmarket, I spent most of my time in the gym overlooking the stunning grounds and pool. Thank you very much ! The room was immaculate-with beautiful view, spacious for relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. i appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary refreshment and luxurious toiletries. we definitely will come back again and i already looking forward to my next stay. Property was beautiful, staff attentive. Only complaint was prior to arriving ordering a pick up from the hotel was impossible as their payment system was not working and there was no flexibility from the hotels end. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi.

Close to the river and asiatique. Good facilities and staff. Nice rooftop bar
