"The kitchen was in the garage! The place was not set up to sleep four people. No living room or couch. MB bed was very uncomfortable. Then owner was attentive. There’s was one small frying pan, I asked for a bigger pan and she brought it over."

"Will return, property was perfect for my group!"

"Beautiful home in the perfect location! It was the perfect place for my family to stay. We loved it and will definitely be coming back!"

"This was our second stay as guests, and once again everything was absolutely perfect. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the comfort and convenience to the charming historic Reno decor that gives the apartment so much character. The location simply can’t be beat, with wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and cultural offerings just steps away. We always feel right at home here and look forward to our next visit. Communication with the host was quick and friendly."

"Property very clean and spacious. Suitable for multiply people. "

"The worst experience Ive ever had with a rental, by far. I would not recommend renting this property, nor any other that is managed by EVOLVE. They have taken advantage of renters and owners across the country, it is well documented. This house was disgusting, we left without staying an hour. I was shocked that they would present a home in this condition to anyone. Drove 4 hours to stay here, then had to find another place to stay, which was over an hour away, because the house was so filthy....

"Easy to book, clean house"

"Beautiful family cabin with a view of Lake Almanor. We enjoyed watching the colorful sunsets over the lake while sitting on the deck. Spacious, clean and well appointed with all the kitchen items you'd need. The cabin is in a quiet area, not far from Chester and easy access to the lake. We loved our comfortable stay and would happily return in the future. Thank you for a delightful base for our adventures!"

"Peaceful "

"Very spacious beautiful home, It had 3 bedrooms with one room having 2 beds so 4 beds total. I went with my whole family and we had a very nice stay. We did have to make arrangements as this place only had one bathroom for 8 people but we knew that when we booked. The beds might need a bit updating but it is hard to find a one size fits all bed. otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would come here again."
