"The room are too far from the main lobby"

"The staff was outstanding. The Customer Service was good as well. The Hotel is really in need of updating! Toilet barely flushed, the tile was buckling, the carpet was rippling causing a possible tripping situation. The Casino has very rough clientele! Lots of Homeless in the casino. Lots of homeless on the streets surrounding the hotel. We will honestly not return to this hotel when coming to Reno."

"Breakfast was very good and a good variety to choose from. The staff at check-in/check-out and the breakfast attendant are very pleasant and helpful. Parking is ample. Property is somewhat older. The side door to enter into the stairs was always a little stuck. The room appeared clean, but the windows and heating/ air/heater could was some cleaning. I personally cleaned the vents on the air/ heater unit as it was very dusty. The toilet is older and could be changed out( it looks like it is dirty, must have calcium buildup? It was a fairly quiet room, although the hallway can be a little noisy through the door. The price charged for the room doesn’t match with the lacking amenities."

"The Eldorado has a perfect Central downtown location by the train station and bus transportation to all other parts of Reno. The property has a very nice vibe to it it's well kept seem to have very nice customers inside and the staff was nice.. the room was very nice especially for the price"
