About this space  
Spacious apartment, high ceilings, fully equipped, with air conditioning in the rooms; counting the main room with anti-noise window.  
  
Close to the main leisure areas, in front of Las Ballenas beach in front of Las Ballenas beach. Ideal location to walk anywhere in the village.  
  
The complex has two swimming pools and parking. Sea views from the main pool, which is on a rooftop ideal for a drink looking at the sea at sunset  
The space  
The location of the apartment is ideal to forget about the vehicle and enjoy this paradise on foot.  
  
It is at the beginning of the whale beach, next to the fishing village where you can eat, drink a coffee or a drink; and not in the very center of the village you can walk to its main places.  
Guest access  
The apartment is on a third level that must be accessed by stairs. The condominium has two pools open to all owners and guests; one of them on a terrace with ocean views. Guests have access to and use of a parking space.
