Good location but be aware the. Noise This is not from outside. We could not figure out why we could clearly hear our neighbors. Seemed like they were in same room . We then noted that we shared a window and there was a little gap between the rooms. That is I could pass notes if I wanted to that is why I can clearly hear all conversations. It was very loud and I cannot sleep without my AirPods. My husband had to stuff our jackets in the crack in the window every night to get some muffling. Also, the beds are very hard. I am not that picky and I had to lay out pillows and make a pillow top mattress in someway. The faucet leaked in the bathroom, but not to the point where it caused extreme puddling. Shower was good. I did not eat breakfast. Good elevators. I would not stay here again. Staff was adequate and not overly friendly nor did they ask how everything was through our 6 nights. Honestly, the only reason I stayed was because it was prepaid.

Excellency location in a very safe neighborhood, surrounded by high-end stores and restaurants. It was great to have two bedrooms as a family. Staff were responsive in person and also by online chat.

Tooo much noise in the morning between 6am- 9am

Check-in was fast and easy as it literally took under 5 minutes. Apartment was very clean upon our arrival. Staff cleaned our room on 4th day as we traveled for a week. Management is easily accessible via email or WhatsApp. Highly recommend.
