"This hotel was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Those are the two biggest criteria I have. The breakfast was OK… Serviceable… although a bit slow at times replacing items. The staff was very nice. I would absolutely stay here again."

"The moment we walked in we heard our 5 grandchildren squealing in delight. They all went to the loft room to claim their nighttime spot! (My oldest mentioned the next morning that she could see the stars through the window and she felt so blessed).Throughout our stay we heard their joy playing ping pong, cornhole and cards. The deck was our choice for meals, music, playing 5 crowns and Uno and so much more. With the 12 of us just enjoying family and the outdoors and lovely wild flowers. (We really had no bug issues at all). S’mores by the fire, family photos and all the love we could share with each other.We had tears as our family gathering came to an end. We created so many memories, it was amazing.And on a side note we got to break in a new Blackstone grill, which made the guys happy to use it and the gals happy to not be in charge of the meals.Our hosts were fabulous, on top of everything and quick to answer any questions!If we could give more than 5 stars we would!"

"What a lovely place on the water. Really relaxing view and everything you need to just chill for a few days. Lots of hiking nearby, and the best restaurant in Duluth is a short drive up Scenic Drive (New Scenic Cafe). Highly recommend."
