"The stay was a joke. Hot tub was luke warm at best. Spent $200+ to get a terrible little kitchenette we could barely cook in. Brought our own pans thank God. The fridge was turned completely off, but the light still turned on, so we didn't notice until the next day and our food was bad. The tiny bit of refreshments they offer is done by 9am, but they just want you to go across the street to Tim's to eat breakfast, so they don't have to spend money on a decent breakfast for their guests. Don't waste your money on this overpriced place. They don't care about your stay if your stay was booked through a third-party service. Everyone was complaining when I was checking out. They do nothing. The front desk staff are probably so used to it that they are just numb to it all. "

"The room was not clean. The pictures on the site look like maybe from when motel was new, definitely has not been kept up. Was not happy, booked for 2 nights and only stayed for one (because thought it was too late to look for somewhere else to stay). Checked out in morning and booked second night stay elsewhere. Would not suggest to anyone!"

"Well there was one small light for the whole room on a switch. The fan in the bathroom was about to fly off the ceiling. Hot/cold water was iffy in shower. And the bathroom sink was plugged. I do like the Dove products in the shower though."

"The staff are very friendly and made our stay really comfortable, the hotel could use some upgrades and better housekeeping service we stayed 3 days and had to ask everyday for the garbage to be picked up they were happy to donot but it will be nice if the room can be kept fresh"

"The property is very run down and unkept. The ceiling in the room was very dirty near the air unit. The curtains didn’t cover the windows. The beds were terrible. It’s very run down. "

"Overall property was decent. Rooms were fairly clean (noted large amount of dust behind toilet). Showerhead had almost no pressure and should have been replaced. Beds quite uncomfortable but all sheets clean and lots of pillows per bed."
