The shower door was totally unsealed, so there was a lake of water on the bathroom floor after showering. There was also no control position that would provide a temperature warmer than room temp. Burned-out and absent lights in the bathroom and bedroom made the suite very dark.

Hotel was safe wirh parki g facilities Hot tub and swimming pool Place was very clean and tidy. Staff is nice. Hotel was crowded. We had a shrt break with family

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

Nice sized room. Convenient location. Close enough to walk to everything but far enough to not hear the noise from the busy streets.
