« Excellent! This cabin was just what we needed for our wedding anniversary weekend. The cutest cabin! Very clean and everything we needed. We loved the wooded area and the deer roaming in the mornings. Not far off the road but enough to where it was very private. The town of Waxhaw was great! We enjoyed walking around and having dinner there each night. We spent the day in Charlotte and visited The Billy Graham Library and shopping. We were greeted by Midge the owner’s dog. The sweetest! « A delightful rural getaway, yet easy driving distance from Rock hill downtown. Gracious and responsive hosts! Very comfortable king bed in the loft, wonderful acreage to explore, with plenty of outdoor activities, including the hot tub, fire pit, and cornhole. My favorite spot was the front porch swing! This very old cabin has been carefully renovated, and we were amazed at how clean it was, especially given all the antique memorabilia. Probably not a good fit for people with mobility...

« I had an awesome time in cabin #4! I enjoyed the gorgeous view of the lake and had fun paddleboarding from the marina steps away. Although I was in the water with a snake swimming close by, I felt safe with many visitors nearby. The staff on property were friendly and helpful. The Friday night movie was a lot of fun and the firepit felt cozy and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay! »
