Also, the creek is down quite a steep drop. This did make me nervous having my little ones outside, even with close supervision. Sadly, the beds and bedding were very low quality as well. (Don't miss the Museum of Illusions.) It is private, quiet and safe. My partner especially liked being so close to the walking paths and walking around the park. Check in and out were very easy and communication with the host was fast. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin and how well stocked the kitchen was, how many supplies (toiletries and cleaning) were provided and how comfortable the beds were. All linens were of good quality and ample.The room darkening drapes made sleeping in very tempting. As an added touch there were comfortable chairs on the porch to sit and read or enjoy the squirrels and cardinal couple that visited each morning.
