Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi going to Kos town and agreed on a price but when I met the taxi driver the next day he said I had to pay 5 € reservation fees on top of the agreed price. The receptionist did not say anything about this. Nevertheless, I had a lovely time. Thanks for the hospitality!

Really relaxing poolside holiday. Delightful stay. Great staff, kind and considerate. Comfortable beds. Entertainment team fun and vibrant. Great drinks and bartenders. Simply beautiful

Beautiful location and rooms. The food was not good.

An excellent option for families with a brilliant water park, wave pool and right on a beautiful beach. Fantastic staff, lovely and clean, with gorgeous views across to Turkey. Easy travel distance (6km) via a 15 euro taxi to Kos or local buses available. Easy to get back via taxi as well, unlike some other countries. No waiting in taxi queues. Airport transfer was a breeze too. Only issue I had was the limited vegan options, but that's kind of a given for now when travelling abroad. Staff were very helpful around this though, for example, soya milk is available on request. Overall, no complaints, and we had the most marvellous time! We are definitely coming back as soon as possible!!

This is a lovely hotel and we were lucky enough to stay in room 2508 which in my opinion is one of the best rooms .. we had a private pool so no scramble For a sunbed in the morning. If You don’t like steps don’t stay here it was a hike to get to our room once we had been to the med bar for brunch .. which is excellent a big shout out to the friendly team here ! The pan Asian restaurant DUSK one of the favourite meals and Den Bar for the atmosphere as the sun goe Down with the dj and sax player .. the bit that let’s this place down is the inconsistency of service .. reception staff could be More welcoming and apologise if things go Wrong rather than making excuses the main lobby bar is dated but Arthur will make any drink you ask for .. the buffet restaurant is just ok if you had to eat here for the majority of your holiday I would be very disappointed .
